From Sourcing Through Operations
If a joint venture moves forward, Spencer and Ashley guide the property from sourcing through setup, launch, and ongoing operation. Scope, responsibilities, and any financial arrangements are set out in the agreement.

From First Conversation to First Booking
Initial Conversation
Tell us about your goals, capital availability, and preferred markets. We will discuss whether a joint venture conversation may be a fit for your situation.
Opportunity Review
If appropriate, we review property considerations, assumptions, operating costs, and market context. Any figures are illustrative and subject to diligence, change, and the individual agreement.
Structure & Agreement
If both parties choose to proceed, the ownership structure, roles, terms, and exit considerations are documented in an individual written agreement with appropriate professional advice.
Acquisition & Launch
We close on the property and personally lead the onboarding with our handpicked team — photography, listing creation, pricing setup, and supply procurement. We set the launch timeline together based on the property's readiness.
Ongoing Management & Reporting
Reporting, review cadence, and access are set out in the individual agreement. Spencer and Ashley remain focused on the agreed operating responsibilities while partners stay informed as specified.
