Building, Learning, and Sharing Along the Way
In 2018, we bought our first short-term rental property in the Niagara region of Ontario. That experience began our ongoing work in real estate investing and short-term rentals.
As we continued building our own portfolio, we also began operating homes for other owners. Spencer and Ashley founded Travelluxe Property Management to support that work.
Today, there are 50+ properties managed through Travelluxe Property Management. Alongside that work, we share public conversations, mentorship, and ways for owners and investors to explore a potential fit.
Spencer and Ashley's personal brand connects to Travelluxe Property Management, which they founded; the S&A Collection is their personally owned and managed homes; and in JV partnerships, partners contribute capital while Spencer and Ashley lead operations.
